So far it has increased hunger, libido, and strength. Also keeps me happy and feeling good. I can truely feel and see it working!. Definitely will purchase again. Great price too!. Another thing, the powder doesn't taste bad either. It has a tart taste to it. Get some and you will not be disapointed! Testosterone increased by 42% and remained significantly above baseline three days after supplementation had ended. It definitely does what all the studies claim by increasing LH and testosterone. I got a great libido boost and strength gains.
