I felt my cissus with in 2-3 days. It did me good especially with my long distance running and made my pain in the a$$ left ankle pain disappear, not only that it helped with conditioning my left ankle as well. This product is so cheap too, awesome deal, I have tried Super Cissus and it was really good too. Just can't justify paying so much more. Only thing is, nutra cissus is half the strength so I just doubled my serving. I have a long term joint pain problem in my wrist as well as a new 'golphers' elbow problem. Took both at varying doses (up to 8 capsules per day) and nada! have to say either I'm very unlucky or there is an inordinate amount of untrue reviews about this product. Also, it has been said before but the powder tastes like ground-up sand, dirt and dried cow sh*t. The taste isn't unbearable to throw down a scoop with some water. If you've never tried Cissus, and you have any type of joint pain, give it a try - it will be like magic for you after a couple weeks of continued use. Combine with fish oil and MSM for optimum results. |
