Directions:

Rub gently into skin twice daily where fat loss effects are desired. Allow to dry for 2-3 minutes. Begin with 4 pumps and increase daily. If side effects become apparant, do not exceed 6 pumps at one time. For optimal results, make sure and apply after taking a shower.
