At first, you just notice the tingle and think "So, this is what I paid for?" But after about five weeks, I noticed that those last reps were getting a helluva lot easier, and my rest periods were getting shorter and shorter. Way less burn too. Really takes the edge off a long drop set. I'm a big fan of cardio as well, and I noticed I could go at least an extra ten minutes (at full intensity) each session once BA really kicked in.
