Acetyl L-Carnitine (100 grams)

L-carnitine is a trimethylated amino acid that plays essential roles in many areas of the body, including fatty acid translocation and muscle function. Carnitine is also acetylated into the ester Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALCAR) in the brain, liver, and kidney. ALCAR also plays a variety of roles in the body, including increasing acetylcholine production and stimulation of protein and membrane phospholipid synthesis. Orally administered L-carnitine and ALCAR have profound anti-aging and nutrient repartitioning properties, and the effects of supplementing with them have been extensively researched in many areas, including exercise performance, weight loss, treatment of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, diabetic neuropathy, depression and many other neurological disorders, treatment of alcoholism, treatment of cardiovascular diseases, insulin resistance, and many others.

Some items may be hygroscopic and may clump during shipment. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, but just the texture.

This is one of my supplement staples. It has so many benifits that I don't have room on here to mention them all. I like to take it around workout time and it works very well for fat burning, energy and its a good addition to any nootropic stack.

Ive been taking Alcar for a year and a half now and love it. I notice it gets my brain clicking-click click click, up and going, and I highly promote and Beleive in thsi product. Im even willing to go on T.v. and do a commercial for this product, I beleive it works peroid! John Smeton

This is in my list of essentials.I not only love but I need this product.It gives you a great sense of clarity and a nice little boost to get you motivated when you know its time to lift.Been taking it for quite a while and I would have a much harder time accomplishing all the tasks I have to do without it.
