Seems to take a higher dose like 2-3 pills taken 2-3 times per day but at that level one can easily de-stress, feel more energetic and experience a bit of fatloss. It's one of my staples. Bioman at AnabolicMinds

My wife and I both love Relora. It really reduces stress and makes stressful situations easily managable. At 3 caps 3x per day, I experience a good deal of fatloss.

I've found this stacked with some Ashwandagha, and 1-carboxy have given me deep and restful sleep. Definitely will reorder, and recommend to anybody else that is stressed as it helps normalize cortisol levels.
