cheap,effective,convient. What else can I say about it? Works well with Post Work Out Shakes. I like to mix Isopure mix of alpine punch or apple melon with 10 teaspoons of this after a heavy workout. Makes it taste like a fruit soda drink. 1 bag last for a very long time. ***** stars. -cellardude
