Carnosine is a dipeptide (Beta-Alanine plus Histidine) that functions as a buffer for the hydrogen ions (acid) produced during strenuous exercise, thus helping to maintain optimum muscular pH. This is not my first time trying a preworkout stimulant. But this is the best one i have ever tried, i was off the wall for two hours off just three pills. Though I am kinda mad that I bought it at gnc. when it is so much cheaper here. i would definitely recommend it!
