Good formula By: Fares

NOW Adam is a good formula for men but there is better and more economical option that is timed release like NOW vit-Min 100 . Another good affordable multi is NOW Eco green. I switched to Vit-min 100 and I like the timed release properties of it

very subtle but noticable. dunno how much trust ull put in my words, but i love this MV, so much so that i actually felt a differance in general health and well being since i first started it, especially my immune responce. been using ever since. The ONLY reason i deducted a star is because the pills are quite large, id rather have 3 smaller ones than two BIG ones! (u listening NOW? ;-) )

Definitely one of the best multi vitamins out there in terms of ingredients and price. Good job by NOW to spare the iron, unlike some other companies. Almost forgot -- these pills are huge!
