The ONLY reason i deducted a star is because the pills are quite large, id rather have 3 smaller ones than two BIG ones! As a standalone I can't recommend it. Its great to build a stack off of though using other NOW products, and bulk supplies. CoQ-10, ZMA, Cal citrate, Vit D 1000iu etc.. gamma vit E would all be great stacks. Another good affordable multi is NOW Eco green.
