If you are going to run one or minimal supplements this is a great choice. Increased endurance and recovery as well as all the benefits the Poseidon complex brings. Expect great pumps and vascularity. Especially good for higher rep stuff, endurance, and MMA type applications.

Swell is an amazing pre workout drink based on the phenomenal Poseidon complex which I use throughout the day for natural energy, well being and hydration. Adding the BA and CM to make Swell makes for a very nice stim free addition to your pre workout regime. Two thumbs, way up!
