Nice clean pick me up with no jitters, anxiety or crash. Also improves mental clarity and focus so I keep a tub at work. 2-3 scoops pre workout will also give you a nice boost without the hassle of a crash afterwards. Taste is quite mild and refreshing and can be easily added to a lot of other supps without the flavors clashing.

I put 3 scoops in a large water bottle along with some BA/CM and drink it throughout the day at work. I no longer buy coffee, as this keeps me awake nicely and gives great focus. 5/5 for during the day. I have also tried it a few times pre-drinking, gives a nice boost, and hopefully helps keep you hyrated during drinking. Taste is VERY bland, put that doesn't bother me as I mix it with crystal lite anyways. Great value.

The energy is really clean, no jitters or other unwanted side effects that I noticed. The flavoring is hardly noticeable, which is fine be I just mix in with my green tea and all is good. I will definitely purchase the product again once the 2 tubs I bought are gone.

All the benefits of Poseidon with the added bonus of an energy drink. One scoop in the morning or throw 2 scoops into a water bottle and you are good to go. If you are addicted to energy drinks like me this is a money saver. Only giving it four because of the taste. Its not that it is bad tasting it is that it is very faint was hoping for more of a citrus pop.
