The first time I tried Abyss I only took 2 caps. After not falling asleep after an hour, I took another cap and it seemed to work. I've had insomnia for practically my entire life and have used Tylenol PM and Rozerem and have had mixed results. Abyss works as well, if not better than Rozerem, so I'd recommend it. I have yet to take the full 4 cap does (all at once) so I'm sure that'll work.

Excellant product. Help me get to sleep every night and wake up feeling rested. My only complaint is how fast my tollarance built but so definatly do at least the 5 on 2 off proctocal. But over all are very good solid product.
