I just started using this prduct about a month and a half ago. I needed a shoulder surgery and while waiting this gave me a lot of relief. One of the the key inredients in it is Emu oil which not only has great anti-inflammatory properties but is also a very good transdermal which helps the other ingredients reach penetrate the skin. It takes about 30 minutes after putting it on to feel the relief deep in my shoulder. That isn't bad at all. I use it before and after workouts and whenever I have a flair up.

Skeletal Balm Directions:
Apply a dime sized amount of the product to the desired area at least two to three times per day. Apply immediately before and after training or other strenuous activities. The balm can be externally applied to joints, muscles and bones. Although it may provide immediate relief, daily use of the products is recommended for best results. When used as directed will last up to 2 months.
