just like most MT products, vitakic only lists the actual amounts for a few of the ingredients. how is a consumer supposed to make an informed decision, when they don't know how much of a particular ingredient the product actually has?
oh, and if you've ever looked at the box you'll see that all over it there are claims that vitakic's "key muscle building compound" totally pumps and swells each and every strand of muscle fiber (as shown by computer generated images) that key compound is creatine monohydrate. you know, the same supplement you could buy separately for a couple bucks. at least then you wouldn't have to go through the hassle of trying to guesstimate what size dosage you're actually getting
bottom line, a fairly well-rounded , but over-hyped (even for a MT product) multi.......not at all worth retail ($50 for 28 days.....are you kidding?).....probably not worth any super discounted online price either
