Recommended Daily Usage:
As a dietary supplement, three servings are recommended daily, one between each meal with the last serving taken before bed. This formula is highly concentrated. Due to its potency, you may want to consider using 1/2 servings, two or three times per day.
Muscle Mass Directions:
Add 5 level scoops to 8 oz. of water, nonfat milk, juice, or your favorite beverage.You can use more or less liquid to meet your desired taste and calorie needs. Shake well in a shaker until dissolved. Whey protein can be added to any food, including yogurt.
