i actually bought some of this, because it was same ingreadients as some other expensive stuff... it is a little hard to mix in cold water, mixed great in warm water, lol... but no, mgm is legit... i had huge pumps after every workout, all the way until my friends atarted taking all of it. basicly it has allot of stimulants, idk the exact amount of caffeine, but i would speculate 600-800mg, the lethal dosage is 10GRAMS, so i wouldnt worry about that. this stuff is cheap and good quality though. def pump you up!!!

1.125 GRAMS of stimulants!! holy cow...must be 800mg of caffiene plus 1,3d ....per serving...my god, I want to see people dropping dead in the gym with this..... Formulator failed his Bro-iology classes...

Blood Rush Pump Directions:

On training days, take 1 scoop with 4-12 oz of cold water or juice, 25-45 mintues prior to training. For first time users take one 1 scoop for your first 2 or 3 workouts to allow your body to properly assimilate the largest dosage of nutrients.
