Lasting Pump By: RichardReview posted on: Thu Jan 12 10:35:59 -0500 2012 I like the fact you can get this in single serving so I don't have to pack around so many containers and bottles. The pump is good. Pump usually lasts for around 2 to 3 hours post workout. It absorbs quickly. In response to another review, this isn't like jack3d. Jack3d is more of an energy supplement than a muscle building and recovery supplement. Good taste, pumps, focus & energy! And by no means am I a newb when it comes to preworkout powders. Hell I can still remember choking down the original ULTIMATE ORANGE. So yeah, I've tried a few. I blasted through all of my workouts with good focus and finished with an excellent pump that lasted for at least 2 or 3 hours. I know there's all kinds of debate regarding the pump. But even if it's just psychological, isn't that where the battle for the iron really starts? Hey if there's some other physiological benefit as well, then that's just icing on the cake for me! |
