Good stuff,. I've used two now. Took one on an empty stomach, and I would say the effects started to kick in about twenty minutes later. Doesn't make you feel messed up, but it does leave you with a nice calm well-being effect. Site description says, one bottle has two servings. The bottle states that its contents equal one serving. Taste isn't bad. Well, I haven't tried it alone, but I mix in with a little cranberry juice, and you hardly taste anything. I wanted to wait on leaving a review until I had tried at least two. I'm glad I bought four.
