Q: Who is RagNOrok-ULTRA™ for?
A: RagNOrok-ULTRA™ is for healthy adults ages 18-50 who strive to get the most out of their training or sport. Increased strength, power, endurance, drive and intensity are what all athletes are looking for.
Q: Do I have to take RagNOrok-ULTRA™ everyday?
A: No, RagNOrok-ULTRA™ can be taken anytime you wish to enhance training. We do recommend that you consume RagNOrok-ULTRA™ daily if you wish to reap the full benefits from the beta alanine, creatine, nitric oxide boosters, electrolytes and antioxidants in RagNOrok-ULTRA™.
Q: How much do I take?
A: Most people find that one scoop pre workout is plenty. Assess your tolerance by taking one scoop at a time. Do not consume more than 2 scoops at a time and NEVER exceed three scoops in 24 hours. If stimulants are a concern for you RagNOrok-ULTRA™ is available in a caffeine free version.
Q: Do I need to increase my water intake?
A: As with any caffeinated product water consumption is critical to avoid dehydration. We recommend consuming a minimum of 128 ounces of water daily.
Q: Are there any side effects?
A: As mentioned above, dehydration can occur if water intake is insufficient. Parathesia (harmless tingling or flushing) can occur in some people due to the beta alanine content but will subside as carnosine levels rise. As with any product containing caffeine, sleeplessness may occur if taken in close proximity to bedtime. For those who train in the evening and don’t want sleep to be compromised we recommend the caffeine free version.
Q: Can I take RagNOrok-ULTRA™ with food?
A: Yes, but; the effect may take longer to kick in than if taken on an empty stomach. We recommend adding carbs (if desired) but avoid taking RagNOrok-ULTRA™ with protein if you want the maximum effect. We purposely left carbohydrates out because we know that many people have their own carbohydrate of preference for pre-workout situations. This allows you to add your carbohydrate of choice.
Q: Do the effects wear off in time like many pre workout products?
A: No, the overall effects of RagNOrok-ULTRA™ referring to strength and endurance do not wear off over time. As with any stimulant containing product you may build a tolerance to the stimulant. If this is a concern we recommend taking the caffeinated Ragnarok on training days and caffeine free Ragnarok on non training days.
Q: Can I use any additional stimulants with RagNOrok-ULTRA™?
A: NO! Adding more stimulants like caffeine or ephedrine to RagNOrok-ULTRA™ is not advised.
Q: How is RagNOrok-ULTRA™ different from the original Ragnarok™?
A: We increased the overall nitric oxide boosting blend in RagNOrok-ULTRA™ to provide a massive pumps and sustained Nitric Oxide effect. We also increased the beta alanine to a full 2000mg of ultra pure, pharmaceutical grade beta alanine. We improved and upgraded the forms of creatine to provide the best blend money can buy and we reduced the overall creatine content by about a gram to allow RagNOrok-ULTRA™ to be more easily stacked with CRE-02™ or other creatine based products. This also makes it easier to take multiple doses of RagNOrok-ULTRA™ if desired. RagNOrok-ULTRA™ has a better delivery system and also contains whole food based antioxidants. RagNOrok-ULTRA™ still tastes amazing and mixes like a champ shaken or stirred! All this and it doesn’t cost a penny more!

Best pre-workout supplement that hasn't had me feel like I was taking something with illegal and potentially cardio-toxic stimulants. It has all the right stuff, along with some antioxidants and nootropics, so you gotta love that. The Ingredients don't go over the top and seem to contain just the stuff that works and stuff that "theoretically" works.
As far as effects go, there is a mild stimulant/nootropic effect I'm guessing from the DMAE, but nothing to keep you up at night. The pumps are great from the creatine/arginine and you could hit the treadmill or what ever sport you like without having your heart beat at abnormal rates, unlike with stimulant based P/W supps. It also seems to help with endurance because of the Beta Alanine and Malate.
Overall it seems to be a pretty damn solid product that doesn't taste half bad either, I hope Millenium continues to refine on their ingredients on this product, because like I said, Its solid and its a not too bad value considering the amount of servings you get.

Ragnarok Ultra Caffeine Free Directions:
As an adult dietary supplement, begin by consuming one 15 gram serving of Ragnarok with 4-16 ounces of cold water. Adjust the lavel of water to acheive desired taste. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and sensitivity. NOTE: Ragnarok is strong enough that one 15 gram serving is all that is needed. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional 15 gram serving of Ragnarok.
ON TRAINING DAYS: As an adult dietary supplement, once tolerance has been assessed, mix one 15 gram serving of Ragnarok with 4-16 ounces of cold water, adjusting the amount of water for desired taste. For maximum results take on an empty stomach void of protein, at least 2 hours after meals or one hour after a protein shake, 30-60 minutes prior to training. Ragnarok may be taken with a carbohydrate beverage.
NON-TRAINING DAYS: Mix one 15 gram serving with 4-16 ounces of cold water and consume on an empty stomach. May be taken with carbohydrates.
