I got the Blue Raz Caffeine free. It tasted like the blue popsicles I ate as a kid. Energy and endurance were high despite no caffeine. Pumps were good too. This is a complete product to aid in your workouts and recovery.

Not many all in one products deliver results or are strong enough to gives results in all departments claimed. Ragnarok is the only I've found so far.
I'll definately purchase Ragnarok again! (I did recieve all 40-15 gram servings which is the scoop filled slightly below the top according to my scale) Great Job Millennium!

I really enjoyed my monthlong run of Rag, and wished I had ordered more! You get a ton of great stuff at a low price. My only complaint is I didn't get the full 40 servings promised, I got about 32. Price is still fair at 30 servings, just wish they wouldn't promise 40 on the container.

Directions:
As an adult dietary supplement, begin by consuming one scoop of Ragnarok™ mixed with 6-12 ounces of cold water. Adjust the level of water to acheive desired taste. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and sensitivity. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional scoop of Ragnarok™ mixed with the same amount of water and assess your tolerance again.
SUGGESTED USE ON TRAINING DAYS:
As an adult dietary supplement, once tolerance has been assessed, mix one scoop of Ragnarok™ with 6-12 ounces of cold water adjusting the amount of water for desired taste. For maximum results take on an empty stomach void of protein, at least 2 hours after meals or one hour after a protein shake, 30-60 minutes prior to training. Ragnarok™ may be taken with a simple carbohydrate beverage.
NON-TRAINING DAYS:
Mix one scoop of Ragnarok™ with 6-12 ounces of cold water and consume on an empty stomach. May be taken with carbs.
FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS:
Consume at least 128 ounces (1 gallon) of water daily combined with a diet rich in healthy proteins & carbohydrates. As with any dietary supplement the effects of Ragnarok™ will be felt differently by each induvidual due to differences in body composition and chemistry. Some may feel its effects in as little as 5-15 minutes after ingestion, with effects becoming more pronounced every few minutes. Depending on digestion and body make up it may take some induviduals 30-45 minutes after ingestion to feel Ragnarok%rsquos full effect. Ragnarok%rsquos maximum effects can be felt for one to six hours, so do not consume it within four hours of bedtime as sleeplessness may occur. Do not exceed two scoops in 24 hours. After 12 weeks of consecutive use discontinue for 4 weeks before resuming. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

As with any supplement check with your physician prior to use. Do not consume with other caffeinated products. Do not take if you are unaware of your current medical condition or if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high (hypertension) or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver or thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorder, any mental condition, psychiatric disease, diabetes, pernicious anemia, difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement, or if you are taking an MAO inhibitor or any other prescription or over the counter medication. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, prone to dehydration, hypoglycemia, or exposed to excessive heat conditions. Do not use this product while exercising in excessive heat. Reduce the dose or discontinue if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches or heart palpitations occur. Ragnarok should only be consumed by healthy adults ages 18-50.
