NitroCeps Directions:
For best results take 4 enteric coated tablets 120 minutes pre-workout or when increased performance is desired. Do not take directly with protein. Take 60 minutes before or 60 minutes after protein consumption. Take 2-4 enteric coated tablets on non training days.
