Impressive amino acid content, one of the best per serving I have seen. As far as the taste, it is not supposed to taste like a milkshake, it is a protein supplement. The taste not great but worth the great nutrients and amino acids you are getting from the product. Great job LG.

The first time I tried this I literally gagged and nearly threw up. I've had some pretty nasty supplements over the years and this is by far THE WORST TASTING of them all! I have to mix a scoop of this with another protein powder, a scoop of ground up oatmeal, and cocoa powder just to make it drinkable. Wouldn't buy again. They REALLY need to work on their flavoring system. That being said, I don't know how well this even works as advertised. I use 100% isolate with similar results.
