First off I have tried version 1 and 2 of the old stuff. Poor taste but the product gave results, energy pumps, and I for sure saw a increase in libido due to the test boosting blend. Mix: 8/10 pretty good no clumps, kinda gritty but expected with all the ingredients taste: way better than 1/2 I gave 3-4 this ASGT I gave 5-6.It's not like "candy" but it's good. Nice straw/lemon taste as well energy/focus/pumps, awesome an 8 Only complaint is still taste, but I'm one of the most finicky tasters out there so don't go by just my opinion.

I had tried the older AS formula; which i did like, i know other users reported bad tatse feedback. This GT blend is by far the best out there. I love this stuff!, im raging about 20 mins after i dose it. outstaing work legal gear! keep these products coming

I used it every morning like specified 60 minutes prior to working out. I then take my Anadraulic Pump 15 min. Clean, smooth energy with no crash. I enjoy the taste and it hits me pretty fast. You will love it

Hands down the best pre-workout on the market. The only PreWO product that contains an AI and resveratrol, this product not only has some of the best focus inciting ingredients, it really exceeds in ramping up the aggression to hit the weights hard. My vascularity is pretty high while taking ASGT, however it's even better when I stack ASGT with the Anadraulic Pump product from LG. This combo is mind blowing. This is one of the best, if not the best single investment you can make in the world of supplements.

Leaps and bounds better than the original. Taste has improved drastically (reminds me of Lemon Propel) and I have had zero nausea while using this, which I experience on the original. 2 scoops about an hour before lifting makes for an awesome session. Especially coupled with a few scoops of Anadraulic Pump right before lifting (I had some on hand). But even by itself, AS-GT was very effective for energy, stamina and tenacity.
