My favorite meal replacement. Great for when your in a hurry. All flavors taste great and mix well. Although while trying to get to very low bodyfats, i feel this product hindered my progress.

I've been using this to supplement my breakfast, as I normally don't have much time in the mornings before workouts, trying to squeeze in a workout before work every morning, as well as getting my post workout nutrition in before I head out the door. It's fast, tastes amazing, and gives me the energy I need to destroy in the gym.

The only thing that Lean Body doesn't have is the taste of Muscle Milk. But it does have a great mix of proteins, low glycemic carbs, fiber, and Omega 3 olis all in one pack! Also, it is reasonably priced as well.
