A2 Pump Directions:

Take 3 capsules twice daily. On training days, take one serving (3 capsules) with 12 oz. of water 15 minutes prior to training and one serving (3 capsules) within 30 minutes after training. 
On non-training days, take one serving (3 capsules) in the AM and another serving (3 capsules) in the PM. Because ArgiLean™ bypasses the digestive system, it can be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal.
