just got my box few days ago, tried one tab and then had to drop the dose to half a tab due to headaches i got from this product, i also felt a bit sick after taking it. used it on empty stomach first thing in the morning. my two cents...

ProCosanoid Directions:
Take 1 tablet with a glass of water 15 minutes before exercise or before the need for mental alertness. The energy and mental alertness will continue for 4 to 5
hours. Do not exceed more than 2 tablets per 24 hr period. Not recommended 4 hours prior to bedtime.

Do not take if already taking stimulants. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding, elderly or under the age of 18, chronically ill, or taking any prescription
or over-the-counter medicine, including but not limited to antidepressants (such as MAO inhibitors), stimulants, allergy medications, and medications for
high blood pressure or other cardiovascular conditions. Discontinue use if you experience dizziness, headache, nausea, chills, fever, muscle/joint aches, or
