Unbelievable Product. I have successfully used this product during the summer. On my 3rd bottle, at 9 pills per workout. All lifts up from beginning of summer. Bench: 185 8 reps to 235 6 reps. Legs up 100 lbs. Every lift goes up each time I get in the weight room. I have gone from 155 to 166 lbs and kept the same BF round 13%. Diet is healthy but not calculated. I take this and a pre-wo, works wonders.

Directions:
Take 6 GXR-3 tablets, with a full glass of water, about 30 minutes before your workout (that includes weight-training or cardio exercise). On non-training days, take 3 tablets before your morning and afternoon meals, for a total of 6 tablets daily.
