No thanks By: PiersonReview posted on: Mon Jun 13 20:05:42 -0400 2011 Tried it at a high dose, 6 caps a day, and saw next to nothing. Got a slight pump but nothing near the crazy claims by I-force. Disappointed in another ecdy product. No one to blame but me. ECDY By: ericReview posted on: Sat Apr 30 10:41:38 -0400 2011 I feel the product works - i justed started the 2nd bottel and did 7 sets on my deadlifts with 255 for 4 reps and did my last set at 265 for over 6 reps ! Keep in mind i did 7 sets before, all 7 sets were at 255 and the reps stayed the same. This product needs to be taken with a Very high Protein diet. At least 40 to 60 grams of protein 4 times a day.
