I usually have trouble sleeping, and this was the best product of its kind that i have tried. The downside is that you grow tolerent to it and need to cycle or use just a couple times per week. To say the least we were both very disappointed. Did not help either of us sleep and it did not relax either of us. Waste of good money for us. It takes at least 4 to put you out, but at the dosage of two caps it just helps you relax. Its more than $1 a dose which in my opinion is just too much... I took two dosages around 8:30pm. I had to try to stay awake to see how long the relaxation lasted, i fell asleep at 11pm so i dont know how long it lasted :) i can say this that i have very bad anxiety and it cleared it up in no time, it feels a little bit like Ativan. I used a similar product from another company and loved it so I will stick with that. |
