Best sleep supplement i have tried. Knocks me out in about 45 minutes. I have a really deep sleep when on it, and wake up in the morning wide awake and refreshed. Good stuff. Oh and I only need to take 1 capsule. I tried two and the effects were much greater, but all i needed was 1.

It knocked me out quickly like Melatonin, but it also gave me a deeper sleep (The Valerian + GABA). I would recommend this to anybody that wants to get to sleep fast and has alot on their mind.
