I took it about 30 minutes before workout and by the time I was ready to lift, I got a good steady (not a "wired" feeling) energy boost. I tried Clear Shot (1 serving) and didn't really notice much. Maybe I'll try drinking the entire bottle and see how that goes. I give Matrix a good rating |
