What is a typical cycle of Epistane™?

· A typical cycle of Epistane lasts 3-5 weeks and has a range of dosages around 20-40mg. Most people run a cycle similar to 20/30/30/40 or some variation. Others, looking for large mass gains, are running 40mg for 4 weeks or more. It is important to ramp up the dosage in the beginning, even if only for a few days.

What is pulse cycling? (posted in the Epistane™ forum at IBE, written by Dr.D)

Dosing something to intentionally avoid long term sides, such as HTPA suppression and liver damage. With pulsing, the serious, long term side effects of chronic oral treatment are avoided and short term side effect, like acne and mineral retention, are milder that usual. This allows for higher dosages to be used. Basically, if you dosed on an ED basis you would get 100% effect, 100% short term sides and 100% long term sides. If you dose EOD on a pulse protocol, you still get about 60% effect, 75% short term sides but only about 40% of the long term sides. That's not a bad trade off and very economical on the body and the wallet too! Of course if you would have gained 10lbs this means you will only gain 6lbs pulsing, but it also means you can do this for 2 or 3 times longer than a normal cycle. That equals about 2 months of worry free dosing, so the net effect is a gain of about 12lbs instead of 10lbs over twice the time frame with less sides and a milder PCT requirement if even needed at all. It's a great long term strategy and good for newer users looking to run fast, clean, cycles for 1 month with no PCT needed later. That's how I perfected it. There are two basic approaches to do it: EOD or 2on/2off depending on your workout schedule. Doses can be high (30-40mg) but take them close together preferably before 6pm (1 dose pre and 1 dose post-w/o instead of spread out like normal) or doses can be lower (10-20mg) if you want to stretch it to 2 or 3 months instead of just 1. Dose at least 3 times per week but not more than 4.

How Epistane™ Works

Battling Gyno

Estradiol is the strongest form of estrogen in the human body, effecting several organs. Estradiol enters cells freely and interacts with a cytoplasmic target cell receptor (ERα and ERβ). When the estrogen receptor has bound its ligand it can enter the nucleus of the target cell and regulate gene transcription which leads to formation of messenger RNA. The mRNA interacts with ribosomes to produce specific proteins that express the effect of estradiol upon the target cell. Epistane™ works by binding and deactivating the ERβ so that no estrodiol-elicited effects can be carried out in the cell. In the case of breast tissue ERβ is the primary target receptor responsible for growth and proliferation. Epistane™ binds to the ERβ and not only disables the receptor from binding to estradiol, it actually puts the cell in an estrogen deprived state, which decreases the cells viability and leads to a decrease in size and eventual cell death. Other SERMs also block the ERβ receptor and AI’s even block the formation of Estradiol from testosterone conversion. However, the effectiveness at the receptor and long term side effects vary. Epistane™ has been shown to have one of the strongest and longest effects at the binding site, with minimal side effects when compared to other anti-estrogens.

Increasing Lean Body Mass

Epistane™ also binds to androgen receptors located on skeletal muscle cells and muscle stem cells. This then leads to changes in muscle cell function and protein synthesis. In the case of muscle stem cells, they will actually change and fuse with your active adult skeletal muscles increasing the muscles potential for growth and repair. On the opposing side, the presence of androgens actually decreases the ability of stem cells to form new fat cells. So you now have increased stem cell conversion to muscle cells and decreased stem cell conversion to fat cells, giving you more positive effects out of your nutrition and training.

I have used this supplement only once right now. However I have ordered another bunch of it right away. During the four weeks I used this product I noticed massive gains in strength and muscle. In total I added about 7 to 8 pounds of muscle. Probably it also contains some water, but okay. The side effects were minimal, although I had some problems sleeping. Another strange, but definitely not unwanted side effect that I seemed to be very but very focussed during these four weeks I ran this product. Overall I can really recommend this product!!

I've tried more than my fair share of supplements, and Epistane has been hands down the most effective. While I speak only for my own experience, I have had no undesirable side effects, been an absolute monster in the gym, and all my shirts are getting tighter across the chest and shoulders. I love it. I can only wish the same experience on other users!

One of the best of it's kind... Solid, keepable 5-10 lbs lbm in 30 days not uncommon. without bloat and water retention. Virtually side-effect free unless you consider good libido and well being side effects. Easy PCT. Never have hard time recovering PC. I don't get behind products often folks, but we have a winner here. Good supplement. Good company.

epistane is wonderful just started week 3 and already put on 9 pounds and have increeased weight on all my workouts by 10-15 lbs. for the price of this stuff its a must have. way better then 3ad. this is such an amazing product.

I've got 33 pills left out of the 90, and I've been pretty impressed by overall strength gains. I've gotten noticeable stronger, and I have leaned out, while also adding some mass. I have been using this stack along with CLA pills, a stim, and I finished out a bottle of TNA that I had left. I've gone from 189 -190 to 197 without really trying. My goal has been to lose some of the fat, but I've really gained more muscle than I expected. The taste of the cycle support isn't so great. I got the peanut butter flavor. Basically I jsut put a scoop of it in my mouth and wash it down with water. There's really no point in messing up a whole glass of water or juice. I would suggest buying some bulk milk thistle to go along with the stack. I have run out plus I decided to take some extra during the middle of the day. It may be overkill, but hey, I only have one liver. Overall, the stack has been more than I expected. I've gone through 3-4 cycles before, but they were alot harsher and seemed to make me more lathargic. The only side effect I've had has been oily skin and some acne. The most effective dossage for me was 30 - 40, and 40 is where I have gotten the zit problem (like 4... I have really good skin). This is a long review, but I think most people will appreciate a little bit of guidance before they drop 100+ bucks on supps.

I did a 4 weeks cycle and the gains were incredible. True, it was my first cycle of any sort; I used my PCT's and supplements for liver....etc. Strength went through the roof as well as definition. Body fat went down as well. This is a darn good product, but they sure need to change the bottle. Seems some 'lab' test say this product isn't what they say it is. Hey, it worked for me. You try it. AND NO SIDE EFFECTS...going at 40-50mg 3-5 days a week. GLORIOUS!!

This has become my base PH that I stack with.Have successfully used it solo 4 weeks straight and also used it pulsed.Minimal sides, with lean clean gains.Found 30-40mg to be the ideal dose for me.

A potent product that gives a solid increase in strength and size without too much of a problem with physical sides (Back pumps,headaches,high bp, etc). Seems an effective dose of 20-30mg is standard and stacks very well with several other products to increase its effectiveness. See Havoc

I liked this compound alot. Feelings of well being, decent muscle gain, and high libido. Very few if any side effects and easy on the boys if you know what I mean. Good dry gains that are easy to keep with a solid PCT. Just be sure you know what you are doing and research before you do any compound of this nature. I have been running this for 3 weeks, and the strength gains and lean gains have been tremendous. Just ordered another to run consecutively. I would recommend to those that really would like to add some quality pounds, especially at 40mg.
