I went through 2 bottles. Nothing noticed above baseline. No test increase, no increased mental clarity or energy, nothing to write home about. This fits in that whole "optimizer" category which is a very Grey area that pretty much says "this might or might not do or be doing anything for you that you can feel and or not feel directly"..yeah kinda like that. I will skirt using this ever again. Sorry this isn't diesel.

All I can say is I was on this for three weeks, and it did all that was promised.
I felt the mental focus at work.
My libido was a strong and steady burn.
I leaned out a little bit.
I had a kind of confident aggressiveness, aplha male towards guys and kindaprotector gentleman towards the ladies.
More endurance for workouts for my free and bodyweigth exercises.
Will be a staple.

Directions:
Consume 2 to 4 tabs daily
AM: 1 or 2 tablets
Mid Day: 0
PM: 1 or 2 tablets
WOMEN: Consume 1 tablet AM and 1 tablet PM, six days on, one day off.
MEN: Consume 1 tablet AM and two tablets PM, six days on, one day off.
For Extreme Results: Women consume 3 tabs/day and Men consume 4 tabs/day by increasing AM dose by one tablet.
PM dose should be consumed 8-12 hours after AM dose, not before bed.
