It has decreased the amount of "protein farts" I blow during the day, but has not eliminated them. I don't take it excessive amounts of whey either - just a normal amount around training. I've tried those 30day "cleanse" products from some Health food stores and the effectiveness has varied. Gut Health has changed my view of what a healthy digestive system feels like. I'm on my second bottle of three and I am enjoying the reduction in G.I. bloat as well as a refreshed feeling in the mornings. This is definitely joining my list of must-have staple supplements.
