I have tried several similar products over the last few years and keep coming back to this one. By far the best pumps wihout the jitters and taste is pretty good too. This is the only product of its kind that I have used that I get the "What are you on? You are getting swole dude....". I am sure everyone responds different to each product, but this is deffinitely the best for me.

The orange tastes alright. It does seem as though you are under the influence of something though. I did not like that aspect of it. I will stick to protein. I tried some through a friend. It gave me more energy and the pumps. I just did 1 scoop and definitely felt it.

this was by far the worst purchase I have made regarding supplements. I spoke with Gaspari reps about this, and as valiant as their attempts were, they couldnt fix the issue. There is a reason that this was called Super Dump

I have been using for about 10 days and I have greater mind muscle connection, I have added more weight and can push more reps. My arms have gained 12 mm in dia, massive pumps and fuller muscle bodies.

Neither the best, nor the worst preworkout supp I've tried. Tastes fine - you can't really taste the active ingredients in it like you can with Shock Therapy, but that could be either because they slam so much coloring into this product or because there is less active ingredients in Gaspari's "proprietary blend". Not sure how they expect you to fit three scoops into a 20oz cup of water.
I do feel the effects after taking just 1 scoop, and can handle 2 without any problems. Decent pumps, but I have certainly experienced better. Gaspari's Plasma Jet certainly has a MUCH stronger pump effect.

Super Pump 250 Directions:
RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz. of cold water or juice 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). For maximum results, avoid consuming a meal or protein shake within 45 minutes to an hour of taking SuperPump250™. Caution: Individuals sensitive to stimulants should start by using half the recommended dose (1-2 scoops) to help assess their tolerance. Do not exceed more than three (3) scoops at any given time.
RECOMMENDED USE ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 4-8 oz. of cold water or juice.
IMPORTANT: To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime. Avoid taking any additional stimulants while taking SuperPump250™. Though dramatic effects will be noticed in your very first workout, SuperPump250™ should be taken everyday to illicit its maximum super pump, mass augmenting, strength producing, and fat burning effects. Taken as part of a proper exercise program and a diet rich in protein and carbohydrates, SuperPump250™ may help individuals reach their aesthetic, strength and energy goals. Individual results may vary according to genetic disposition and body weight. Consume a minimum of approximately 1 gallon of water a day. Most individuals will begin to feel its mental focus, energy and super pump effects within 15 minutes of ingestion; others within 15-45 minutes of ingestion.
