Bio-Pro Blend is a specific blend of 5 high quality (high BV) natural proteins from Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate, Potassium Caseinate, Buckwheat and Egg Albumin providing an "extended release" protein profile. I beta tested this for EST and this protein powder is very good. All of the flavors are delicious and are priced very well on this site. I hope NutraPlanet gets all of the flavors in soon, b/c the price that this is going for is a steal.

Directions:
