this stuff is great for the money, it may not be the best zma nac and trib product but it worked great for me and i could definetely tell when i stopped taking it how much it was working

Z-Force does not contain any ZMA! It has zinc and Mg but they are NOT aspartate. This has been confirmed with Dymatize. If you want a real ZMA product buy something else.

Maybe it doesn't contain the exact type of zinc or magnesium. I have, however, used this product before and think that it was great in comparison to optimum's zma product which contains the exact type that the poster below me is referring to. For 10 dollars this is a great buy. Also contains NAC and tribulus as well as some other vitamins. This product helped my sleep and helped my energy levels the next day.
