I have, however, used this product before and think that it was great in comparison to optimum's zma product which contains the exact type that the poster below me is referring to. For 10 dollars this is a great buy. Also contains NAC and tribulus as well as some other vitamins. This product helped my sleep and helped my energy levels the next day. Z-Force does NOT contain ZMA! If you want a real ZMA product buy something else. |
