First reviewer doesn't know what he's talking about. Experienced trainer telling you this is awesome. Delivers in the gym with a satisfying taste, I've tried other creatines and this one's up there with the best.

I can't see why this product is being rated so low. The taste is better than most other similar products. Much better than No Explode and it is packed with all the right ingredients i.e. plenty of creatine, arginine and glutamine. Only draw back is the caffine gets a little heavy with two servings at the beginning. Long term users will get past that though.

The tropical berry tastes like sh*t.Pina coloda Xpand tastes amazing this stuff sucks.It tastes xactly like Shredded Mass from Pinnacle.Somthing in the formula is very,very bitter and overpowering.I wish I would have never bought this product.

Directions:
As a dietary suppliment take one level scoop of ENERGIZED XPAND with 16 oz. of water, juice or your favorite beverage 2 times daily.
Pre-workout: Take 1 serving 30 minutes before you workout.
Post-workout: Take 1 serving 15-45 minutes after your workout.
Non-Workout days: Take 1 serving.
