I'm 6'1 180 at 10% bf, and I've been on adrenalean for not even a week and already seeing deeper, carved, and tighter cuts on my abs, back, chest and arms. However, it'll only work if you have a strict diet and training routine. Adrenalean is the finishing touch of the hard work you put in the gym and kitchen. You have to find your optimal dose (and possibly add in some extra caffeine between doses), but once you do it works very well at suppressing appetite.
