Good Stuff but Pricey.. By: ROLAND

Ive tried some of the best protein blends out there and in my opinion Pro Peptide is one of the best in terms of quality or protein, protein assortment, and most of all... taste. HOWEVER, its also pretty pricey and unfortunately only comes in the 2lb quantity. I took about 3-4 shakes per day of this stuff and it lasted roughly a week before I was completely out. I would would recommend buying this as more of a "supplemental" protein to use once or twice a day, possibly before going to bed. And purchase yourself a larger sized jar of a good quality whey protein isolate as your everyday shake.

Directions:
