In light of this review, go on youtube.com and find the skit "my new hair cut". Muscle Milk is a great tasting high quality protein. I like to use it for most of the year except when dieting. It is a great anticatabolic, anabolic supporting protein with a little bit of carbs, 18 grams of high quality fats including MCT's, and a great blend of proteins. The ready to drink version tastes excellent tho it is a little more pricey.
