This is still the king of pre-workout supplements. Expect to break personal records with the first dose. I hope NutraPlanet get's this back in stock. This is so underrated.

Good Alternative to RPM By: Ben

I've been a longtime fan of RPM, using it consistently since it came out, and this is the only product that his been able to pry me away from it. ZAP provides good energy and focus, and a different "feel" than RPM. Instead of feeling aggressive in the gym (like I do with RPM), I feel motivated. The first few doses were sort of strange and almost overwhelming, but now that I'm used to it I'm not having any problems. I'd recommend using the full serving recommendation (4 caps), the caps are pretty small. It usually takes longer than 30 minutes for ZAP to kick in too.
Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Core ZAP Directions:
Take 4 capsules 30 minutes prior to your workout. You can start with 2 capsules and then build up to 4 to assess your tolerance. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Due to the powerful nature of this product, take two days off per week and only use preworkout. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Store in cool, dry place.
