taste 8.5 mix ability: 9 after finishing it i felt very satisfied. its not a thick shake. i mixed mine with half skim milk and half water. however it does make you full. very satisfying. the taste is good. its not something i get excited about to drink, but i still enjoy it none the less. one of the top nutrition profiles out there.
