I was given the chance to log the v2 version of this product. First off this product is the perfect pre-wo stim to me. It provides such clean, pronounced, and steady energy. It also provides very good focus to hit a P.R. Im not one to use DMAA products so this fit the bill. I like how they included GABA in there to smoothe out the stims and keep me from being jittery and my heart from racing. Those are the last things I want before going for a 1 rep max P.R. I never had a tolerance build up. I could get great results from .5 to 2 scoops depending on the day and what I needed. Also the pumps were very nice, never had a leg pump on 3 rep set of squats. Id say all the flavors are good with watermelon being the best. If you need a solid all around pre-wo, look no further.

This pre-workout supplement is perfect having tried many different pre-workouts containing 1,3D which always over stimulated me and made me crash, white flood is exactly what you need to get going without overdoing it 2 scoops was perfect for early morning workouts and cardio heart rate wasnt through the roof and my calfs werent painfully pumped on the treadmill and the flavor is more of a pina coloda type fruit punch not like a hawaian fruit punch which is pretty enjoyable. But the fact that controlled labs makes products that are formulated for a bodybuilder and are not overpriced is what i like the most 50 full/not underdosed servings for under 50 dollars is awesome. if you have the money deffinitely pick whiteflood and green mag/green bulge up they are a perfect pick me up for your training sessions.
overall 10/10 i know how that sounds but it really is that good.

Smooth, clean and consistent energy all from a refreshing beverage. I never once felt over-stimmed or jittery, my mind stayed focus on the task at hand. Mixes perfectly and like other CL products, it has a smooth-velvety taste. Much like drinking silk :D Pumps were mediocre but strength was bumped quite a bit.

this product had my veins blowing up, lots of energy and focus without the crash. it tastes really good too. the best part is it contains antioxidants so its healthy to. i havent found a product yet to match it when it comes to taste. the lemonade is like country time. good job cl

I recently received a container of white flood, expecting the same amount of ingredients that were listed on the website. However, I was surprised to discover that controlled labs had cut their ingredients in half per scoop and still offer 100 scoops per container. For example, instead of the 1700 mg of Beta Alanine in the old white flood, each scoop now only has 850 mg of Beta Alanine. I love controlled labs and am a loyal customer, however cutting their ingredients was a slick move and shows that it really is all about profit on their end.
