This is probably the best before sleep fat burner I've ever had. I was actually having some insomnia when I began taking this and it helped me out immensely - long REM sleep every time, I can feel it. The raspberry ketones are great for keeping up the cycle while you rest and recover. Taste is fairly similar to the AM shot, I didn't notice much of a difference - not that this is a bad thing, since it tastes great. -AJCOLE09
