I took 2 bottles of this, and worked up the dose when I wasn't noticing much in results. I was a bit confused as to whether to take it right before bed, but then it wouldn't do anything for appetite suppression since I'm already going to bed? It may be good to help sleep, but I didn't notice much in fat loss. -Milas

I stacked this with Alpha and OEP to have some extra burn while i sleep, i ran it a little after both the others and still showed improvement, not to mention this stack did alot better than the OEP and Alspha alone 2 months prior, the best part is it never affected sleep, i would recommend this for sure to stack along with another product to keep the burn goin.
