Alright, so I got a chance to run the combo of AM/PM shots earlier this year for a recomp, courtesy of rr over on aminds. The AM shots themselves have nothing wrong with them IMO; has a solid formula for sure. I found it to be somewhat lackluster though. The taste (compared to the PM shots) was a bit too sour for my taste pallet, and the formula is somewhat generic to me. All and all if you're looking for a fat burner, at this price there's really no better option. However for me, my summer cut will consist of an EC stack and PM shots. Would I recommend it? Probably not while an EC stack is a much better option (IMO). But it is cheap, which is a big selling point for some people. -AndrewNico

This is a great idea from Controlled Labs; the taste is phenomenal, and the focus it gives first thing in the morning is brilliant. Even with a small serving size (3.34g per servings), it provides just the right amount of energy as a "take this first" morning supplement, which is helpful if your cardio is in the am. -AJCOLE09

REDuction AM Shot Directions:

Start by taking 1 scoop to assess your individual tolerance,  If you experience high blood pressure, dizziness, or any other unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor.

REDuction AM Regimen: Take 2 scoops 30 mintues before breakfast with at least 1-2 ounces of cold water for a quick shot or if you prefer a longer lasting drink, add 4-6 ounces of cold water.  Take this product every day, inlcuding non-workout days.  Consume at least 1 gallon of water per day.
