Purchased this because I am attending a wedding in November and wanted to slim down a bit and quickly.
Started eating cleaner, dropped my cheat days (Sat-Sun) (I do weights and meditation m-w-f and bodyweight and martial arts t-th).
So far I have been taking this for two weeks and it has helped me drop a lot of weight.
It has a diuretic effect to so I do have to make sure I keep hydrated.
The formula does get me to sleep faster and with the AM formula I can go to work and get a steady energy and focus all day.
Not a super fast fat loss but more like a slow and gradual burn.
Can recommend to anyone wanting to shed some extra pounds over the course of a month or so.
