Purple Wraath is honestly at the top of my pre/intr--workout supplement list. It was also the first supplement of it's kind that I have ever used! My first experience: it was like 'roids to me! I felt absolutely ZERO fatigue. Immediately after finishing one set, I was ready for another! I had to force myself to leave the gym. I just kept going like the energizer bunny. Tastes great too! No CL supplement is too sweet IMO, they have a "soft", subtle flavor....kind of like drinking velvet :p

Solid lemon flavor. Great for intra workout as it adds a bit of energy with the 'Endurance Complex'. Like the GM sample, hard to comment on the long lasting effects as i only had a sample packet. -DoitsuJin

This stuff tastes amazing, and completley dissolves into your water so theres no worry about content settling on the bottom. Gets me through long cardio sessions and has an awesome profile which has beta alanine and lots of other goodies. -Intrusionzero

Purple Wraath Sample Directions:

Mix one packet of Purple Wraath with 6-14 oz of water, and consume it pre-workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout).  Shake well before drinking.  For best results, Purple Wraath should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
